I have had nothing but support from Chad Boston and the members in this group. There is a feeling of family here that can't be mistaken. While I am still in the learning stages of the Helix after 4+ months of owning it, I had asked Chad a question about the Helix and he set up a time to FaceTime with me and walk me through my questions. Extremely patient and descriptive about answering questions.
The group as a whole is a huge asset to any Helix owner as well. I have posted a couple of questions in here and received the answers quickly from other members who have experienced what I was going through. All this help and support makes owning the Helix a much better experience.
And one more thing....we will see Chad selling items and I for one will purchase the item because they are cool and because I feel that he puts it right back into this group in making it a wonderful experience for all.
Chad Boston and the Premium Support group are great resources and learning tools for all things Helix. Chad is very quick to respond and is always very helpful. In addition to the world class support he provides, he also will help with suggestions and advice. He has helped me on several occasions and the members of the group have been as supportive and helpful. I highly recommend Chad and his Premium support group for Helix owners. You will learn things that you didn't know you didn't know.

I haven't had a single question or query about the helix that wasn't answered promptly and in depth by the premium group. More importantly, there's a warm community of like-minded helix user covering every genre of guitar music under the sun. The advice you're getting isn't just system technical but also know how that relates to the personal tone you're trying to craft.
My dad bought a helix recently, and when I dropped by to help him set up patches he was shocked at how quickly I had something together that rivalled his old tube amp sound (even though he plays totally different music to me). I can 100% say it's because of the knowledge I've gotten from both the public and premium user groups.
Chad and the Premium Support group are really amazing.
The community that Chad has put together is always there to help. I've had issues that I've posted at midnight and Chad is answering the question and helping. Not only helping but staying online till it's solved.
You never feel belittled at the question you ask and the members are also very supportive.

Chad is very prompt at sharing his knowledge when asked for assistance. When applicable, he will go the extra mile to create videos, engage in phone calls, etc. I highly recommend anyone to join his premium group.
